The Olive Tree Hotel, Royal Plaza Jerusalem , is the first theme hotel in the city and is located between the old and new City of Jerusalem in the new hotel center.

With 304 rooms and suites, the hotel's distinctive architecture combines the atmosphere of old Jerusalem together with modern day comforts.

The floors of the hotel are named for the gates of the Old City. As the elevator doors open, the name of each floor is announced, providing a unique and unusual element.

The artwork seen on the walls of the hotel was carried out by an Israeli artist, in keeping with the theme and adding to the special and unique atmosphere of the hotel.

A unique enclosed glass roof garden, located at the heart of the hotel, surrounding the ancient olive tree. Combines both a traditional and pastoral atmosphere. Serving light meals and drinks from the hotel's special menu.
